The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Manchester, UK. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the sales process, from initial client engagement to successful property investment closures
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their investment goals and lifestyle aspirations
  • Work alongside experienced team members to develop tailored investment strategies for clients
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential investment opportunities
  • Collaborate with developers and property partners to source attractive real estate options
  • Participate in exclusive events, including property showcases and networking gatherings
  • Contribute to the preparation of investment proposals and presentations
  • Support senior team members in complex negotiations and high-value transactions
  • Stay updated on global property markets, particularly in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia
  • Assist in expanding Nomad Capital Group's client base and market presence

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales, business development, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field valued but not required
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic understanding of global property markets and investment principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM systems
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field
