The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in Manchester, UK. This pivotal role will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth functioning of daily activities and fostering effective communication across our global network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organise and oversee all aspects of office administration
  • Act as the central point of communication, coordinating between different departments and team members
  • Manage office operations, including maintenance of office systems and procedures
  • Handle standard administration duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements for team members
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees
  • Maintain a clean and organised office environment
  • Support the management team with various administrative tasks and projects
  • Liaise with external partners, clients, and vendors as needed
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system for important and confidential company documents

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant or relevant role (3+ years preferred)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other office management software (e.g., CRM tools)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required
