Key Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales process, from initial client engagement to successful property investment closures
- Develop and maintain relationships with an exclusive clientele of global investors and property seekers
- Collaborate with world-class developers to source and present ultra-prime real estate opportunities
- Represent Nomad Capital Group at exclusive events, including high-profile property showcases and networking gatherings
- Conduct detailed market analysis to identify emerging trends and lucrative investment opportunities
- Create bespoke investment strategies tailored to each client's unique needs and aspirations
- Work closely with our experiences team to integrate lifestyle elements into property investment proposals
- Contribute to the company's growth strategies and help expand our global network
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury real estate sales or high-value business development (5+ years experience)
- Deep understanding of global property markets, particularly in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth individuals
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to articulate complex investment opportunities
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a significant advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and property viewings
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field; MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus but not required
